It is recommended that you carefully read through the following Terms and Conditions. Your continuation in purchase or use of product implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Licensing

Our website grants you three possible types of license to use the web templates and other products (the "products") sold through our website by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company, as follows:

One Time Usage License

You may be granted a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing a website template at a Non-Unique Price. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you want to use the same design in connection with another or other projects.

Developers License

You may be granted a Developers License that entitles you to make some modifications with the products using any software or applications and our designs. You are permitted to redistribute or resell your projects after the receiving the license. You can apply for the license at developerslicense@template-help.com.

Buyout Purchase License

You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in case of purchasing a website template at a Buyout Purchase Price. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase occurs, the template is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not redistribute or resell templates after Buyout Purchase Price.

Imagery, Clip Arts & Fonts

All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. One Time Usage License and Developers License give you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in templates come in a single layer, as is.

Modifications

If you have not received the Buyout License, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

Unauthorized Use

We do not install any of our products which require installation (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.) Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.

Assignability

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

Accepted Methods of Payment

VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Discovery, and American Express.

Shipping Time

Customers should anticipate a 7–10 day delivery period. Delivery times can range depending on the shipment’s location and the time of year.

Shipping Methods

Products will be shipped using Ground Services when available. Some products can be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Any damaged shipments received from handling should be addressed directly with the freight carrier. Be sure to take note on the freight bill itself of any damaged or missing products. In the case that you notice a concealed or tampered package, keep all of the packaging as is and call the freight carrier immediately to return and inspect the package. File a claim. Go-Green-Supplies is not responsible for any damages caused during shipment.

Manufacturer’s Defects

If a product possesses a manufacturer’s defect, contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance. Do not attempt to return any products to us without consulting a Customer Service Representative. Any items received by us without consultation from a Go-Green-Supplies representative first will not be accepted.

Return of Merchandise Policy

Since our website is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

Items received by the customer that are not-as-described must be returned with the following:

• Original packaging.

• All original contents including, product, manuals and instructions.

• The original invoice or receipt.

Once the customer has received an authorized return:

• Return the item to the corresponding address instructed by the Return Department.

• Keep shipping records for proof of shipment in the case of any loss or returned merchandise. Returns handled through the U.S. Postal Service or with a value higher than $100.00 should be insured. Go-Green-Supplies is not responsible for any return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.

Go-Green-Supplies will return all shipping costs to the customer if the error was to our fault.In any other case, the customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee on packages returned or refused with no fault on our part. Go-Green-Supplies is not liable for any incidental or consequential losses or damages to defective products, errors in your shipping order, or other errors. The sole limit of Go-Green-Supplies liability is for the replacement cost of any products the customer has purchased from us.

Ownership

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Installations

We do not install any of our products which require this (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.

Antifraud Check

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Third-Parties Services

We may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. Our website does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with our terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of our website.

Information Disclosure

You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.


Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
